Professional Installation Sequence
Ready for use in about 2 days — full hardness in 7 days.

Surface Grinding
Mechanically grind the concrete to remove laitance, weak layers and contamination.

Dust Removal
Vacuum thoroughly until the substrate is clean, dry and dust-free.

Primer Application
Apply WERKON Primer (Liquid Granite R) evenly by roller and avoid puddles.

Add Part B to Part A
Pour the complete pre-measured Part B into Part A. Use full packs only.

Mechanical Mixing
Mix with a slow-speed paddle for approx. 3 minutes until homogeneous.

Pour onto the Floor
Pour the mixed material immediately in a continuous ribbon over the primed floor.
07
Spread with Steel Trowel
Pull and level the wet material to the specified thickness.
08
De-air with Spiked Roller
Use a spiked roller within the working time. Wear spike shoes on the wet floor.
